เรียน VISTEC Members,

หน่วยงานบริการกลางมีความยินดีที่จะแจ้งให้ทราบว่า สถาบันได้พิจารณาเพิ่มรอบการให้บริการรถ     รับ-ส่ง เพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกในการเดินทางให้แก่ทุกท่าน เส้นทาง VISTEC – Airport Link (ลาดกระบัง) – PTT HQ โดยมีรายละเอียดและเงื่อนไขการให้บริการดังนี้

รายละเอียดการให้บริการ

• วันให้บริการ: ทุกวันพุธ (ยกเว้นวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ และวันหยุดประจำปีของสถาบัน)
• เวลาเดินทาง: ขาไป:    ออกจากสถาบัน    เวลา 08:00 น.

    ขากลับ: ออกจาก PTT HQ เวลา 15:00 น.

• จุดรับ-ส่ง:      ขาไป:    รถจอดรับบริเวณวงเวียน อาคาร V

    ขากลับ: รถจอดรับบริเวณ PTT HQ

ขั้นตอนและเงื่อนไขการสำรองที่นั่ง

1. สามารถสำรองที่นั่งผ่านระบบ https://servicedesk.vistec.ac.th/
2. เลือกเมนู Transportation และเลือกหัวข้อ Wednesday Trip
3. จำกัดจำนวน 13 ที่นั่งต่อเที่ยว (รถตู้ 1 คัน) โดยระบบจะดำเนินการจัดสรรที่นั่งตามลำดับการจอง (First-come, First-served)
4. สามารถจองล่วงหน้าได้ 7 วัน โดยระบบจะเปิดให้เข้าจองได้ทุกวันพุธ (จนกว่าที่นั่งจะเต็ม)

ตัวอย่าง: หากท่านทำการจองในวันพุธที่ 7 มกราคม จะเป็นการสำรองที่นั่งเพื่อเดินทางในวันพุธที่ 14 มกราคม

5. เมื่อทำการระบุรายละเอียดและกด "Confirm" ในระบบเรียบร้อยแล้ว ถือว่าการสำรองที่นั่งของท่านเสร็จสมบูรณ์

Dear VISTEC Members,

G.A Department is pleased to announce an additional shuttle service to enhance travel convenience for all VISTEC members. The new service will operate on the VISTEC – Airport Link (Lat Krabang) – PTT HQ route with the following details and conditions:

Service Schedule

• Operating Day: Every Wednesday (Except public holidays and VISTEC holidays).
• Departure Times: From VISTEC: 08:00 AM.

             From PTT HQ (Return): 15:00 PM.

• Pick-up & Drop-off Points: Outbound: Roundabout at Building V.

                                                                   Inbound: PTT HQ.

Booking Procedures and Conditions

1. Please make your reservation via https://servicedesk.vistec.ac.th/.
2. Select the "Transportation" category and then choose "Wednesday Trip".
3. The service is limited to 13 seats (1 van). Seats are allocated on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
4. Reservations can be made 7 days in advance. The system opens for bookings every Wednesday until all seats are filled.

Example: A booking made on Wednesday, January 7th, will be for travel on Wednesday, January 14th.

5. Once you have filled in the details and clicked "Confirm", your seat is officially confirmed.
