Please read and acknowledge the following conditions before making a reservation:
1. Reservation requests will be accepted only between 09:00 AM and 12:00 PM on Wednesdays.
2. Seats will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis (62 Seats).
3. Late submissions may not be considered for the reservation.
4. Confirmation will be sent on Wednesday by 4:00 PM.
5. It is strictly prohibited to swap names or vans on the passenger list for security purposes.
6. The driver reserves the right to deny boarding if the passenger's name does not match the name on the work order.
7. Vans will depart on time; please contact the driver if you are running late but note that delays of over 10 minutes may not be accommodated.
8. If you have not made a reservation, you may wait on standby, and if a seat becomes available at the last minute, you may board.
9. CANCELLATION: Please cancel your reservation in the system by Friday before 11:00 AM.
10. If you fail to cancel on time and do not show up for the trip without notification, we reserve the right to deny your booking for future travel.
11. We have created a LINE group called “Seat Cancel…Let me GO!!” where individuals can inform the group if they cancel a seat, allowing others to take the seat if needed.
