1) Reservation data will be accepted between 09:00 am. - 12:00 pm. on Thursday, Apr 8 only.
2) Seats are limited (36 seats / 6 Vans), it will be given out on a first come, first served basis.
3) Late submissions may not be considered for the reservation.
4) Confirmation will send back on Thursday, Apr 8 at 5 pm.
5) Passenger name list is prohibited to be swop.
6) Driver has right to deny if passenger name does not match with the work order.
7) Vans run on time , please call to driver if you are late but it not over 10 mins.
7) Give the right to other passenger to travel if you joined the last trip except the seats are available at that time.
9) Someone who does not make reservation, you have to stand by last minute if seat is available
***CANCELLATION***
You have to cancel the seat on Thursday, Apr 8 before 3 pm., if you are late for the cancellation, and do not show up for travelling without notification; we have right to deny your booking for the next travel.
